I am pleased to join the Thyme to Heal community! For over thirty-five years I have worked with energy to balance and uplift the body, mind and spirit. The foundation of my energy work is to co-create the intention for healing with the client and to establish a safe space through deep reverence. Sonic entertainment or vibrational healing is a sensory experience for the body, mind and spirit. It has been used for centuries to relieve stress and enhance well being. Four years ago I began incorporating sound healing in my practice and found that this pure modality helped quiet the busy mind and produced a more profound relaxation effect. You are invited come and experience a luxurious Sound Bath, an hour of quiet refreshment where you are enveloped by the soothing overtones of Tibetan singing bowls. As your body and mind relax, feel yourself gently return to your true state of Divine inner peace. This is where the healing journey begins!
Group Sound Baths
Relax in either a zero-gravity chair or fully recline on a heated massage table for the session. You will hear and actually feel the beautiful tones of the Tibetan singing bowls, with their gentle yet powerful vibrations. Close your eyes and allow any stress to melt away as the tones carry you to bliss!

First, we will address your specific goals for the session (physical,emotional or intention work),then you will lie on a heated massage table (fully clothed) with several singing bowls surrounding you. As the bowls and gong are sung, you will feel their healing tones wash over and through your energetic field, balancing the systems of your body. Bring A Friend Sound Bath
Bring a friend to enjoy the good vibrations with. The two of you will share a massage room and lie on heated massage tables (fully clothed) with several singing bowls surrounding you. As the bowls and gong and sung, you will feel their healing tones wash over and through your energetic field, balancing the systems of your body. Release stress and return to inner peace, where true healing begins!

Couples Sound Bath
Bring a loved one to enjoy the good vibrations with. Choose to have your 30 minute meditative sound healing session before or after your 60 minute couples massage. The two of you will share the couples massage suite and lie on heated massage tables with several singing bowls surrounding you. As the bowls and gong and sung, you will feel their healing tones wash over and through your energetic field, balancing the systems of your body.
