Cancellation / Refund Policy

We require 24 Hours notice to cancel or shift your session. If we do not receive 24 Hours notice you will be charged the Full Cost of your appointment. No refunds on gift certificates or prepaid sessions. By scheduling a session you release liability of all practitioners,owner and Thyme To Heal Massage & Wellness Center, LLC and you understand that we are not liable for any unintentional harm or loss that may occur to you, before, during, or after your session. By scheduling an appointment, you understand that it is your choice to receive a massage, facial or therapeutic session or to participate in any class activities.
